We provide all bed linens, bath and beach towels, however due to a recent necessary change in our practices, we do not make the beds. Your clean linens will be folded by the beds for your arrival. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
We offer contactless self-check-in and give our guests their space, but we can come running if needed.
We like to say the Villas has everything you need and nothing that you don't! Beautiful beaches, plenty of parking, restaurants, shops, convenient location, and a laid-back affordable vibe.
This is a residential neighborhood of full-time and summer residents. There are dogs and kids, and we try to be good, respectful neighbors, so we ask you to please do the same.
We welcome you with a complimentary bag of our Shell Cottage Coffee and the essentials to make your vacation hassle-free. We will provide full access information on the day of your arrival. We will provide our digital house book with full information regarding the property and recommendations for local activities when you secure your reservation.
We have partnered with local Cape May Roasters to create our Shell Cottage Coffee custom 908 Blend. Since we want your vacation to get off to a good start, we provide each guest with a complimentary bag! We are happy to provide you with more coffee and will donate the $10 cost to local beach clean-up organizations.
We have partnered with local Shore Soaps to provide our guests with hand & body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and hand & body lotion all in our signature blend of natural bergamot, sandalwood, and lavender essential oils - a clean, fresh scent for everyone. Our Shell Cottage line is also available for individual purchase, and $5 from each purchase will fund a donation to our Soap for Soap initiative to provide hygiene products to local homeless outreach programs and food banks.
